All monies paid are non-refundable.

No changes for the bookings are allowed.

Fare does not include foreign Embarkation Fee and other charges.

Fare and Schedule are subject to changes without prior notice.

Check-in time one (1) hour before departure.

Free pick up only somewhere Pantai Cenang. RM 10 surcharge per person will be imposed for pick up out side pantai cenang, RM 30 surcharge will be imposed for pick up at Andaman, Datai and Tanjung Rhu area.

Booking must be made at least 2 days before departure date.

Minimum booking 2 people.

Foreign visitors to Thailand are strongly requested to refer to their Thailand Embassy for new ruling.
